No time or no desire to program? Then simply buy, load and go!

What do I need as a keyboard player? What options are there? Submixer, multicore?

Thorsten Portrait

About me

My name is Thorsten Hillmann and I've been making music on the keys since I was 10 years old. After organ lessons (yes, I can actually still play a bit of foot bass) and the Entertainer Keyboard, a teacher eventually managed to get me to play the piano.

Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time for a good classical education at the age of 17 and became a keyboardist rather than a pianist. Did it really harm my musical development? We will never know.

The logical consequence of my musical career was the first workstation (a Yamaha EX7) and the first band around 1997. It was really cool!

Over the years I have played in several bands with my own songs and also cover bands. Since I've accumulated a lot of repertoire, I came up with the idea of passing on my cover sounds, since most people only want one thing:

Play!!! Programming takes time, isn't necessarily easy and some people don't want to or can't be bothered with it.

I can provide you with sounds from the live musician directly for the stage for the following devices: Korg Kronos/Nautilus, Yamaha Modx+/Montage M, Kurzweil PC4, Roland Fantom, Studiologic Numa X Piano, Nord Stage 3, GigPerformer and MainStage with various plug-ins (Korg Collection 3, Studiologic Numa Player, Roland XV5080, Arturia V7 Collection!
